Day 1 of casting via backstage.com was a great success! Adam & Ray have diligently been reviewing each and every email, even downloading adobe acrobat files and microsoft word docs on their quest to find Kayden, Emily, Brianna, and Trevor.
No one has been contacted as of yet, but there seem to be a few with great potential. There are a few actors/actresses who professed that they thought they were PERFECT for a specific role... again, no one has been contacted/selected yet, but suffice it to say, in a few rare instances, Adam & Ray seem to agree with the actor/actresses assessment and they appreciate your enthusiasm.
Since Adam & Ray can't thank each and every actor/actress individually please accept this brief post as their way of saying thanks.

Happy Birthday to Go Quietly
Finally! 'Go Quietly' is up and running and ready to start casting!! The script is a knockout, and Writer/Director Ray Soltani is in the midst of storyboarding the project.
23-year old up and comer, Ray Soltani, stated "I'm in the process of writing the shot list, it should end up being around 160 pages, this should help hold off the tides of darkness during production" This based upon his past experiences directing The Capitalist (2008, post-production) and other works.
Meanwhile, 25-year old Writer/Producer Adam Weissman looks forward to screening headshots and seeing this indie feature born into reality. "Not to sound crazy or nothing, but I almost feel like an expecting parent. Except, instead of looking forward to something adorable, I'm looking forward to -- my own little 'Rosemary's Baby.'"
Behind the scenes, 'Go Quietly' is affectionately referred to as 'Psychochiatrist' due to the evil nature of the startling antagonist Dr. Trevor Whim. "In a way, it's almost a shame that we can't call it Psychochiatrist," Weissman laments, but Soltani is quick to add that "We'd need a lot more blood and gore and lot more nudity to call it that."
Why then domain as Psychochiatrist? Because Adam and Ray were happy to agree that the project has been so much fun thus-so-far, that they want their cast/crew to feel part of the family. "Though serious performances are expected, we view this project whole-heartedly as a team effort. We're only as good as our weakest link." (Weissman) And, so the both of these fellows hope that there are no weak links to be had...
